1. About TrackMyAd
TrackMyAd is a field verification platform operated by Silver Star Line Advertising (Gujarat, India). The platform enables verification of auto hood advertising installations through QR code scanning, GPS-stamped photography, and a real-time admin dashboard. The service is provided to advertising agencies, brand advertisers, field installers, and campaign managers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or submitting any data through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. User Roles & Responsibilities
Super Admins are responsible for the accuracy of campaign setup, hood counts, city assignments, and QR code generation. They hold full control over the platform and must ensure only authorised users are granted access.
Managers are responsible for overseeing installations in their assigned city and ensuring installers follow the correct submission process.
Installers agree to:
- Submit only genuine, on-site job data — no fabricated, recycled, or duplicate entries
- Photograph the actual installed hood from the correct angle on the physical rickshaw
- Scan only the QR sticker attached to the hood being installed, at the actual installation site
- Not share login credentials with any other person
Clients receive read-only access to their campaign data for transparency and verification purposes only.
4. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action:
- Submitting false, fabricated, or duplicate job records
- Photographing a hood at a location other than the actual installation site
- Reusing or tampering with QR stickers
- Sharing login credentials or accessing another user's account
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any fraud-detection mechanism
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the platform
- Using the platform for any purpose other than its intended use
5. Data Accuracy
Silver Star Line Advertising provides the platform as a verification tool. The accuracy of campaign data depends on correct use by all parties. We are not responsible for discrepancies arising from incorrect campaign setup, wrong hood counts entered by admins, or misuse of the installer app.
GPS accuracy depends on device hardware and network conditions. We capture and store the GPS data as reported by the device — we cannot guarantee precise GPS accuracy in areas with poor signal.
6. Payments & Earnings
Installer earnings are calculated based solely on server-validated, QR-scanned, GPS-verified job submissions. Any job rejected by the server — due to duplicate serial numbers, missing GPS, or failed validation — will not be counted toward earnings. Silver Star Line Advertising reserves the right to withhold payment for any submissions found to be fraudulent after payment has been made.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the TrackMyAd platform — including the software, dashboard, app interface, QR generation system, and all related materials — is the property of Silver Star Line Advertising. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Service Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party infrastructure issues may affect availability. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without notice for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that harms the integrity of the platform or our clients' interests.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Silver Star Line Advertising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding three months.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
