2. Information We Collect
From Advertisers & Campaign Managers (via contact form or admin panel):
- Full name, company name, phone number, email address
- Campaign details: cities, hood counts, campaign dates
- Login credentials (admin/manager/client accounts)
From Field Installers (via the Android app):
- GPS location at the time of job submission
- Photographs taken through the app camera
- QR code scan data (campaign, city, hood serial number)
- Rickshaw registration number and driver details entered per job
- Device information (for app stability and fraud detection)
From Website Visitors:
- Contact form submissions (name, phone, email, message)
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the TrackMyAd verification platform and process campaign data
- To provide real-time job verification — GPS, QR, and photo proof
- To generate campaign reports for advertisers and their clients
- To calculate installer earnings based on verified submissions
- To respond to contact form enquiries
- To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate submissions, and system abuse
- To send platform updates and notifications (with your consent)
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secured servers. GPS coordinates, photos, and job records are retained for the duration of the campaign and a minimum of 24 months thereafter to support audit requirements. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Access to data is role-restricted: Super Admins see all data; Managers see only their city; Installers see only their own jobs; Clients see only their campaign — read only.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:
- With clients: Verified job data (GPS location, photos, counts) for their campaign is shared with the brand/advertiser who commissioned the campaign
- With service providers: Hosting, cloud storage, and analytics partners who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
- Legal requirements: If required by applicable Indian law or a court order
6. GPS & Location Data
The Installer app requests location permission to automatically record GPS coordinates at the time of job submission. Location is not tracked continuously — it is captured only when the installer actively submits a job. This data is essential to the core fraud-prevention function of the platform and cannot be disabled while using the app.
7. Photos & Camera
The app requires camera access to capture job photos. All photos taken through the app are automatically uploaded to our servers with GPS and timestamp metadata. Photos are not used for any purpose other than campaign verification and reporting.
8. Data Retention
- Campaign data, job records, and photos: minimum 24 months from campaign end
- Contact form enquiries: 12 months
- Account data: retained while the account is active, deleted within 30 days of account closure on request
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data held by us
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
- Withdraw consent for communications at any time

10. Cookies
The landing page (trackmyad-landing.vercel.app) uses no tracking cookies. The platform (trackmyads.in) uses session cookies to maintain login state. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are used.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
